I began my journey two decades ago with Chakra Healing, Therapeutic Massages, self-help techniques, and then moved towards more spiritual practices.
A few years ago, experienced Burnout because of Stress and many other challenges in my life.
In this journey I got different insights of self-discovery, I learned a lot when i went to Himalayas and from great Nepali and Hindi Teachers about healing, yoga, meditatie and awaking.
I’m on a mission to improve the mental health and wellbeing of everyday people living in challenging times.
A bridge between hard science and ancient wisdom, I’m here to help others become aware of how thoughts and actions impact their life, help them reach the truth of their being in an effortless manner.
As a Graduate Teacher I offer individual online Hatha Yoga sessions, Meditation, Breathwork and Emotional Holistic Wellness.
