Hello friends, my name is Ankit Singh.
After having an extensive personal journey in the field of martial arts and yoga over 4+ years, I am grateful and honoured to now share my fitness knowledge.
I have been conducting self-defence fitness sessions online and offline for over a year with everyone from children, to women and to adults focused on Krav Maga, cross fit, yoga, HIT and HIIT techniques.
I have created a curriculum of my own design that I would like to share with the fitness community.
The regimen is comprised of combinations of multiple exercises taken from various forms of fitness.
For example – yoga, body weight exercise combined with martial arts, cardiovascular exercise, weight training exercise etc.
This interdisciplinary approach provides for a well-rounded, engaging full body workout adaptable to every student.
