I am a qualified personal trainer and yoga instructor. I like weight lifting, HIIT workout and most importantly I love yoga.
I have learnt so much about myself since I started practicing, many things have changed and improved and I would love to help people do the same!
I started working online due the pandemic and I am enjoying it.
It’s a way of connecting with people from different cities that otherwise we wouldn’t know.
I’d like to continue online classes in the future, if this will be possible.
