Hi, I’m Katya. I’ve been practising yoga for about ten years now, enjoying it for the stretch, the strength and the serenity.
Thanks to these experiences, yoga has become a way to discover more about myself; a way to become comfortable with who I am.
The stretch opens the body to allow the breath (& prana; the life energy) to flow more freely, creating balance in the mind, body and beyond.
I have a history in running (having been an athlete at national level) which has enabled me to understand the difference between inner and outer strength.
I predominantly teach Slow Flow, Hatha and Vinyasa, as well as Pregnancy Yoga and Chair Yoga.
