Our focus is aligning Yoga asana (physical practice) with mindfulness off the mat. How we can make the transition between living yoga on and off the mat more seamless and live mindfully day to day.
For eight consecutive weeks we explore breathwork, movement practice, meditation and Psychology through personal accountability check-ins which serve as a form of integrative wellness coaching.
Using an Ayurvedic Framework and together with Reiki, we use energy points and dispositions (doshas) to understand how we can examine and incorporate personal habits and rituals to balance in the mind and body.
