Paul began his Yoga journey over 16 years ago, initially seeking flexibility after many years of gym work resulting in a stiff and sometimes painful body. After his first Yoga class he was hooked and has not stopped practising since.
Paul is a highly qualified Yoga teacher having studied in London and India with Yoga certification of over 1000 hours including: Ashtanga Yoga, Power Yoga, Yin Yoga, Seated Yoga, Meditation, Pranayama, Kriya, Mantra, Advanced adjustments and Anatomy. He teaches many classes both in-person & online and facilitates Yoga workshops & courses.
Paul teaches at all levels, his teaching style is diverse ranging from Power Yoga for strength building, Hatha/Gentle Yoga to ease aches and pains and increase mobility, and Meditative Yin Yoga for calm & flexibility. He always creates an encouraging environment and mixes his own atmospheric music to enhance focus. All classes finish with meditation and many with a blissful Yoga Nidra.
Pauls seated Yoga class is for all ages and levels, from children to the elderly and strong gym goers to wheelchair users. We energise, mobilise, strengthen and flex the entire body with meditative movement and finish with a beautiful guided meditation.
