My main aim as a teacher is to create a supportive environment in my classes where you can feel at ease and comfortable.
My Flow classes are based around flowing breath-directed movements while always giving attention to accurate alignment and the therapeutic aspects of each asana. I aim to find a balance between effort and ease, strength, and softness. Helping you not only improve your strength, flexibility, and balance but to come away feeling at peace and grounded. My Yin classes are all about sinking deep and letting go in the body and mind.
All my classes have a strong emphasis on the breath to encourage you not to force or push your body into postures but to allow the breath to carry you there. It would be helpful to bring to classes (especially Yin) some cushions, blocks or books, a blanket!
