“Aadhija Vyadhihi” – all the diseases are born from the disturbed state of mind. With a faith I have been teaching Yoga that ” there’s a no non curable ailment in this Universe” – every problem has solutions and Yoga is the way. I have been teaching Yoga since 2014 and have been serving health and wellness since 18 years almost. With my ‘Swadhya’- self study and practice, and experience, I learnt to believe that physical wellness is just a byproduct, which can be achieved by default and it’s automated. Real achievement by Yoga is beyond our small imagination. It’s a divine juouney to the self through the self indeed.

So, let’s begin our journey together to evoke the divinity within ourself.
