YOGASTHA in sanskrit means being absorbed in Yoga. Having the faith and belief in your practice, in yourself and in your journey, which is what Yoga is all about.

I am RYT500 certified Yoga teacher from India, who has taught Yoga in India and now in the Netherlands. Through my journey of yoga practice and teaching, I want to help people bring about positive changes within themselves.

Focus with these sessions will be to provide varied forms of yoga which are Vinyasa, Hatha, Ashtanga and Yin Yoga for all levels.
