By allowing ourselves to stop ‘doing’ this meditation focuses on the awareness of being, and allows us to become more connected to the true nature of the mind—which is pure, still, creative, and open.

Yogi MadhavFrom a traditional Indian family, learning Yoga from an early age. I have completed my graduation in Philosophy, Sanskrit and Hindi & Master Degree in Yoga & Meditation.
I have also studied the Vedas, varying philosophies and Naturopathy.
I have been teaching yoga since 2007 I have started teaching yoga to kids in the schools and then yoga ashrams, colleges, universities, institutes and NGO‘s.
Teaching 1000’s of international students 200 and 300-hour courses since 2012.
Establishing a solid student community worldwide. I travel to teach in various countries.
I love to share the practice of Yoga in a traditional, simple, calm manner, with precise and clear direction. Bringing depth and understanding of the true teachings of Yoga.
Personal grace and honour to this sacred practice are always maintained to the highest level.

Además de tener otros diplomas de SBT (Terapia de sonido con cuencos Tibetanos), Meditación Activa, Yoga Nidra, Chakras Energéticos, Yoga Prenatal.
He estudiado en buenas escuelas en Mysore en la India, Pokhara en Nepal y Barcelona, España donde tengo mi centro de yoga La Shala de YWS.
Mi objetivo es guiar a la gente a llevar una vida más consciente y plena.

Laura IanataAlongside the degree in Clinic Psychology, since I was young I've been studying and practising several spiritual traditions including Shamanism, Archetypal Psychology, Meditation.
The most important trainings I've completed: Shiatsu, Macrobiotic Nutrition Therapist, Himalayan Yoga, Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga, Sacred Feminine - which today are the basis of my job.
After years working as a cook, I felt the calling to teach and help people on their evolutionary paths, through the combination of different but complementary healthy practices: good nutrition, yoga and meditation, holistic and energetic treatments, even on remote.
A great part of my job is to support and empower especially women at every stage of life, through individual and group wellness programs.
