Gravity Yoga is a mat-based, targeted mobility training method that helps students with stiff backs, locked-up hips, and tight hamstrings.
These classes are hugely popular all around the world because they deliver flexibility results quickly. Class is designed for all levels, beginners welcome.
During class, you’ll learn how to utilize the science of passive stretching to effectively change your body, improve posture, and increase range of motion.

My name is Lucy and I have recently trained during lockdown to be a fully certificated Yoga Alliance yoga teacher, with a well known company based in Barcelona called YogaBody.
My style of yoga is non spiritual, so you won’t find any chanting, reference to chakras or poses referred to in sanskrit. The goal is to enjoy your time exercising and holding relaxing stretches as well as work your body and mind as much as you want and need it on that particular day.
I’m very passionate about travel, and mental health awareness, and I hope that I can help others suffering make small steps to recovery through yoga practice.
