8 week Mindfulness course

During this 8 week course you will learn:

  • How to use breathwork as a tool to control your reactions to life’s challenges
  • How to let go of thoughts and emotions that don’t serve you
  • How to develop mindful relationships with yourself and others
  • Techniques to tap into your own intuition and self-reflection through daily mindful practices
  • Meditation to improve both your mental and physical health

The 8-week course includes one session of 1 hour per week. Either on Tuesday or Wednesday (your preference).
