During this 8 week course you will learn:
How to use breathwork as a tool to control your reactions to life’s challenges
How to let go of thoughts and emotions that don’t serve you
How to develop mindful relationships with yourself and others
Techniques to tap into your own intuition and self-reflection through daily mindful practices
Meditation to improve both your mental and physical health
The 8-week course includes one session of 1 hour per week. Either on Tuesday or Wednesday (your preference).
