About the instructor:
Alison is an international yoga teacher holding an advanced E- RYT 500 designation from Yoga Alliance.
As a former ballet student, she has always had a passion for movement. A firm believer in the power of physical expression, Alison helps her students connect with the breath, intuition and the present moment to find a sense of home within the body.
She has decades of experience in Ashtanga, Sivananda, Yin and Iyengar Yoga combining all disciplines in her Vinyasa classes.
Dividing her time between Ireland and India she continually studies new and old yogic traditions and implements them in both her practice and teaching.
In every class, Alison is best known for bringing her sense of humour, music, song, dance and her extensive knowledge of the healing field.

Join Alison for a Yin Yoga class of slow-moving mindful stretching to increase our sense of joy this season.
Christmas can be very Yang or busy – it can cause stress and tightness in the body.
We can hold this tension without even knowing or being able to articulate it.
Disturbed sleep, lack of energy and feeling overwhelmed feelings that can come at Christmas.
This Yin class will help us access our sense of joy in everything that we already have, increasing our heart energy to spread this joy to all who surround us.
We will complete our practice with a Yoga Nidra meditation with a focus on kindness, love and joy.
All the money collected from this class will be given to the charity of the instructor’s choice after the event.
