Ashtanga’s practice focuses on strength, flexibility, and endurance training. It is the most intense type of yoga among various types of yoga.

The arrangement of each sequence is fixed with a lot of asanas in the middle. The purpose of continuous exercise is to burn a lot of calories, clean the body, and release toxins. Yoga practitioners can obtain a balance between strength and flexibility, and improve cardiovascular function, making the body lighter, flexible, and stronger.
