I would like to invite you for month long transformative yoga sessions for the month of September which have been designed based on my practice of Ashtanga Vinyasa, Kundalini yoga and meditation alone, mixed together I call it ‘atmabodhiyoga- a path to self realisation‘.

As per Upnishad the highest knowledge one can have is the knowledge of ‘Self’, which might not be appreciated or which might be ignored because of our physical & psychological existence.

This dynamic vinyasa flow of postures & it’s sequence of postures are designed in such a way with 1 opening sequence to prepare you for pranayama & to open the muscles and joints for 4 closing sequence:

  • Hips opening
  • Spine flexibility & strength
  • Core & arms strengthening &
  • Inversion

For every sequence there is a particular and supportive meditation & breathing techniques which helps to reach relaxed state of mind.

Constant, regular & dedicated practice of this sequences one may make spiritual energy dominant into one’s life, which helps to live beyond conditioning of mind.
Course will be focused on learning:

  • to listen to your body
  • befriending your mind
  • to optimize the energy within
  • 4 selected meditation techniques for self practise in future

Monday to Thursday: atmabodhiyoga vinyasa flow.

  • 10:00-11:15 AM (GMT+5.30) (online session)
  • 11:15-11:30 AM (GMT+5.30) (self mediation as instructed)

Friday: Group discussion/pranayama/mantra chanting/yoga philosophy
