This flow is for anyone who wants to advance their yoga practice, break out of their usual habits, and find fresh inspiration in their flow.

We’ll work on Vinyasa (for breath awareness), Skill-Based (for peak pose work), Mobility (for a range of motion), and Restorative (for calm and recovery).
