My class, Chakra Yoga, is a diverse class focused on balancing and cleaning your seven chakras. Chakras are the main energy centers of a human’s body.

We will practice by doing asanas (yoga postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), mantra chanting, and meditation to help us connect our chakras for an energetic and healthy life.
