Destress with sound healing

Join me for a session of sound healing to destress. The session will include a meditation session to relax the body and mind before moving to the sound healing.

The instruments used will be Tibetan Singing bowls. The session will end with time for sharing and Q&A.

All of this from the comfort of your home!!

Requirements for the session:

  • A yoga mat or a comfortable mat to lie down
  • A stable WIFI connection
  • Earphones or headsets to use for the session
  • A room where you will not be disturbed
  • A curious and an open mind
