Join accredited Mindfulness teacher Emma Reynolds for this entertaining and enlightening session aimed at debunking some of the myths around Mindful meditation (like “having thoughts whilst meditating is wrong”)

What you may just discover as you sit and allow thoughts and feelings to come and go, with no aim or objective, is that the very calm you’ve been searching for was here all along.

So – take a seat, take a breath – and join us for a leap into the unknown. It’s not what you think!
