We honour the moon in this evening class; moving through some guided moon salutations, juicy stretches, balances and a lovely slow wind-down into a guided meditation at the end. Each week we will cover a different theme and move from active energy (yang) and bring us gently into deep relaxation (yin).
All levels are so welcome; you are in control of how relaxing or active the
class is for you.
If you are completely new to yoga please let me know and meet me on zoom 15 minutes early so we can go over some things 🙂
Join us as we take an hour out of the day to flow with the breath, be mindful, set an intention for the week, and check-in mentally.
