I would like to invite you to join during this 75 minutes Yoga Flow Vinyasa to activate mind and body on Monday evening and get ready for an exciting week ahead.

I like starting with five minutes in silence, to land on the mat and focus on ourselves. Later, we are going to breathe and move together with a sequence of asanas that energise all muscle and internal organs of our body in order to directly benefit our mind.

The class is adapted to all levels because I am going to give you different options from beginner to advanced students.
