These classes are designed to explore the fundamentals of Vinyasa yoga as taught by T.N Krishnamacharya.

The classes will include fundamental asanas and breathing techniques designed to work on focusing the mind.

The goal for this program is to achieve states of ‘Sarira Samyama’.

A state in which the mind, the body and breath are one.
