This class is for those who prefer a gentler paced practice and is accessible for all. Incorporating breath and mindfulness with an emphasis on fluidity and awareness in motion at all times.

A slower pace than a Vinyasa Flow class, but still equally strength building; encouraging this combined with steadiness with longer holds.
