About the instructor:

Alongside the degree in Clinic Psychology, since I was young I’ve been studying and practising several spiritual traditions including Shamanism, Archetypal Psychology, Meditation.

The most important trainings I’ve completed: Shiatsu, Macrobiotic Nutrition Therapist, Himalayan Yoga, Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga, Sacred Feminine – which today are the basis of my job.

After years working as a cook, I felt the calling to teach and help people on their evolutionary paths, through the combination of different but complementary healthy practices: good nutrition, yoga and meditation, holistic and energetic treatments, even on the remote.

A great part of my job is to support and empower especially women at every stage of life, through individual and group wellness programs.
