A calming, grounding and centring hatha yoga practise with slow vinyasa flow, to connect to the earth and Muladhara (root chakra), helping us to find our stability in this time of change and uncertainty.

Beginners most welcome, start from where you are with no judgement or expectation.

Lighthearted and welcoming classes, physical flexibility is not a prerequisite!
