The positions develop a greater perception of the body, marked flexibility and profound stability.

Kriya and pranayama are techniques related to breathing, sacred sounds and movements that lead to a state of expanded consciousness, allowing to transcend the body and mind and create a shift on a mental, emotional and energetic level.

Meditation is dedicated to introspection, inner silence and awareness of thoughts, emotions and actions.

No previous experience required – Himalayan Yoga is for everyone!
