The Immunity Boosting  Flow class plan:

  • Class opening – powerful detoxifying Pranayama;
  • Warm-up for lymph outflow stimulation;
  • Prana Vyayama (breathing exercises to increase the capacity of lungs and revitalize the lymphatic system);
  • The practice of asanas to contract our muscles around the lymph nods, which facilitates the flow of liquids through the lymphatic system;
  • relaxation in Shavasana to rejuvenate the body, mind and spirit while reducing stress and tension.
