A combination of breathing exercises, physical postures and meditation practised for more than 5,000 years.

Through yoga, it may be possible to begin to tap into the capabilities of your mind and body. With regular practice, your everyday life can transform through the knowledge and personal understanding gained over time.

In an Iyengar yoga class, precise instruction is given, errors are visually corrected.

Yoga improves concentration, flexibility, muscle tone, confidence, positivity and general well being
