Journaling is such a powerful tool to help with all that is going on in our lives and emotions.  

Journaling helps control your symptoms and improve your mood by:

  1. Helping you prioritize problems, fears, and concerns.
  2. Tracking any symptoms day-to-day so that you can recognize triggers and learn ways to better control them.
  3. Providing an opportunity for positive self-talk and identifying negative thoughts and behaviours.

Each session I will start with a short grounding meditation and then lead you into a journaling technique or prompt.

You will be given the time and space to creatively acknowledge and honour your thoughts and feelings.

This class is about getting into the habit of using journaling as a valuable self-care tool that you can then use in your everyday life.

I will hold a safe space for you to listen within and hear your heart.
