Kids Yoga 5-11 yr olds

Give your kids (and you) a break from homeschooling!

Each class will focus on learning the basics of yoga, getting into poses safely, with a focus on balance, strength and control.

Classes will include a mindfulness topic, to help calm and relax their body and mind.

Other times for this class:

  • Tuesdays 3.30pm – 4pam (UTC/GMT)
  • Wednesdays 4pm – 4.30pm (UTC/GMT)
  • Fridays 2pm-2.30pm (UTC/GMT)
