Give your kids (and you) a break from homeschooling!
Each class will focus on learning the basics of yoga, getting into poses safely, with a focus on balance, strength and control.
Classes will include a mindfulness topic, to help calm and relax their body and mind.

My girls 6 & 8 have been joining Lucy’s adult classes for a while now, so they are thrilled that there are now dedicated kids classes. They love interacting with other kids as well as learning loads of great new poses to show off to everyone! They love it so much they insist on going to Wednesday and Friday classes each week!
