Join us for an hour out of your day to reconnect with your breath and with the present moment through flowing and stretching your body! During this flowing sequence, we move with the breath and experience “moving meditation”.
Each week we will cover a different theme, working on different aspects of the physical and mental
bodies, before ending with breathing exercises and a short guided meditation to energize you for the afternoon. Perfect for those working from home to release any tension and invigorate the mind! All levels are so welcome; you are in control of how relaxing or active the class is for you.
If you are completely new to yoga please let me know and meet me on zoom 15 minutes early so we can
go over some things 🙂
