Mid-Week Re-grounding Class

We will be flowing through creative sequences, practising hip openers and twists to release the stress that accumulates in our bodies and activate the legs to ground our energy.

We will be unblocking the energy lines on the back of our bodies from the toes to shoulders with mobility exercises and dynamic stretches and open our hearts to help emotions flow easily and openly!

Join me on this 1-hour journey of letting the stress go and re-grounding!
