Practicing meditation has many benefits. It helps to calm the mind and body, can help you focus better, and allows you to become more aware of your emotional and mental states

In this meditation class, I will teach you meditation techniques, we will practice meditation together, and I will show you techniques to feel comfortable while seated on the floor or in a chair.

It´s a great way to gain more knowledge and put meditation into your daily practice 🙂
