Nidra means sleep, this is a restorative practice that focuses on decreasing anxiety and increasing the feeling of calm, fighting insomnia and physical and mental exhaustion.

30 minutes of practice equals 3 hours of sleep.

Laying down in Savasana, not moving neither falling asleep, listening to my voice.
