We are delighted and honoured to present an Osho weekend of blissful meditation and celebration, led by Osho Facilitator, Masto Baba who will be travelling from India to London especially for this retreat. Masto Baba has been holding Osho meditation programmes for the last 19 years under the guidance of Osho’s brother, Swami Shailendra and Ma Amrit Priya from Osho Fragrance in India.

He shares valuable insights of spirituality with a great sense of humour, laughter, and light heartedness. Through various Osho meditation techniques Masto Baba will guide you on a journey of deep meditation to the heart and an inner journey of self transformation, thereby enhancing the quality of your life.

Practicing these techniques will help you lead a truly wonderful life where the stress and difficulties created by the mind can easily be managed and the heart can flower and shower.

This retreat is for everyone, whether you are new to meditation or a meditation lover. Please join us for a  joyful, life transforming meditative and celebratory experience.There will be two days of deep meditation sessions, dance and movement, celebration, Osho discourses, and a delicious home made optional vegan lunch.

You will need to bring with you a blindfold, ear plugs,  yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on, a cushion, a shawl or blanket and a mug for your hot drinks.
