Osho Vipassana Meditation Retreat

23 May - 29 May
8:00 AM - 12:00 PM (your local time)
Online - LIVE

Osho famously developed a different approach to the ancient practice of Vipassana. Join us for 7 sessions over 7 days for mindful Osho Vipassana meditation live on Zoom and straight from India.

Vipassana simply means witnessing. And that has been my whole life’s effort: to teach you awareness, witnessing, alertness, consciousness.”

Here, Vipassana is a juicy experience; it is not dry. I have a few criticisms against the Vipassana that is being practiced in Buddhist lands. They have all made it very dry, desert-like; nothing blossoms, no greenery; everything is simply businesslike. I want you to learn meditation as a play, as playfulness.“

Your silence should not be the silence of a graveyard, your silence should be the silence of a garden. Once in a while a bird starts singing, but it does not disturb the silence, it deepens it. Once in a while the breeze comes with its song, passes through the pine trees, but it does not disturb the silence, it deepens it… I want a meditation that can laugh, that can dance.”- Osho

The retreat is led by Osho Facilitator, Masto Baba, who has been taking Osho meditation programmes for the last 19 years under the guidance of Osho’s brother, Swami Shailendra, and Ma Amrit Priya from Osho Fragrance in India.

He shares valuable insights of spirituality with a great sense of humour, laughter, and light heartedness. Through various meditation techniques Masto Baba will guide you in your inner journey of self transformation, thereby enhancing the quality of your life in all spheres.

Practicing these techniques will help you lead a truly wonderful life whereby stress and difficulties created by the mind can easily be managed.

This retreat is for everyone, whether you are new to meditation or a meditation lover.

Please do join us for a life transforming meditative experience. You will need to have a comfortable cushion to sit on or chair if you prefer, a blindfold, and earplugs.

‘I Just wanted to say thank you very much for what was a most wonderful peaceful blissful Meditation retreat I have experienced. I have been to many spiritual based workshops in the past but I truly Immersed in this one. It was beautifully guided by Masto Baba who makes you feel so welcomed by his radiant smile and simple ways and playful with his jokes and his ancient Indian wisdom. Osho “master of masters” has introduced many meditation techniques and are one of a kind and truly an awakening!!! Masto Baba is directly connected to Osho and one can experience it in his presence. Each day I felt more energy ! Moving away from past emotions and fears, accepting the now and entering a total blissful state of being. Dancing moving swirling being silent listening to the sound within and diving deep into your being were all part of the super 8 days. Whether you are an experienced yogi or a curious being on self learning journey believe me you are in for a treat !!! It was self healing and inspiring. It was my first on zoom online retreat and it was extremely relaxing in comfort of your home and own space. I feel grounded rejuvenated peaceful and above all so happy after attending this retreat and have gained some good daily routine and practice.
I highly recommend it and can’t wait to join the next one!
