Personal Sound Healing

Each 60 minute session will include breath work, a guided meditation and sound healing.

These sessions are helpful for people who generally want to relax, destress, improve the quality of sleep or even if you want to simply experience sound healing.

Things required for the session are:

  • A yoga mat to lie down
  • Stable wifi connection
  • Earphones or headset for better clarity
  • An open and curious mind
