6-8 weeks long classes at your comfortable timing 60-90mins long everyday & 6 days a week.

  • Learn to do self practise very confidently.
  • Learn 4 sequence to take care of physical & psychological body.
  • Learn Meditation & breathing techniques to optimize your energy level.
  • Learn sequence for tight hips, for strengthen & opening of spine, for strengthen core & arms and for your brain system.
