The workshop is split across 3 separate weekly sessions, 90 min each, so you have enough time to digest the information and incorporate changes into your day to day life.

As a certified health and nutrition coach and plant-based eater for the last 5 years, I will share with you everything you need to know about Plant based diets.
The sessions are interactive and you will be invited to share your own experience and ask questions.
Between sessions, you are invited to incorporate some dietary changes in your daily life and experiment with some of the tips I’ll give you in order to build your own experience after each session.
