Do you want to improve your health, have more energy and help our planet to feel better as well?You would like to change your diet and have a healthier diet but you are not sure where to start?

This 4h 30 min workshop is for you!!

The workshop is split across 3 separate weekly sessions, 90 min each, so you have enough time to digest the information and incorporate changes into your day to day life. 

This event is for the workshops taking place on Wednesdays:

 

  • 18 Aug at 15pm (GMT 3)
  • 25 Aug at 15pm (GMT 3)
  • 1 Sep at 15pm (GMT 3)

As a certified health and nutrition coach and plant-based eater for the last 5 years, I will share with you everything you need to know about Plant based diets.  

The sessions are interactive and you will be invited to share your own experience and ask questions. 

Between sessions, you are invited to incorporate some dietary changes in your daily life and experiment with some of the tips I’ll give you in order to build your own experience after each session.

These are the topics that will be covered during each session: 

Session 1 Basics to know

  • What is a plant-based diet?  What are the different types of plant-based diets; vegetarian diet, vegan diet, pescatarian, lacto- vegetarian etc.?
  • Why are plant-based diets good for our health and for the planet? Are plant-based diets good for weight loss?
  • How to start? How to transit from a meat-based diet or any other traditional diet to a more plant-based diet?  How to prevent nutritional deficiency on plant-based diets?

Session 2 In practical how to start?

  • Shopping tips. 
    • What to buy and where to buy?  How to organize your pantry and kitchen?
  •  Cooking tips.
    • How to cook plant-based proteins?
    • How to cook whole grains?
    • How to cook veggies and fruits?
    • How to prepare nuts, seeds?
    • How to prepare plant-based milks and creams?

Session 3 In practical how to continue?

  • During the first 2 weeks, participants will be invited to put into practice a plant-based diet. 
  • The 3th session will be a open session during which participants will be invited to share their experiences, good practices and challenges.
  • All questions of participants will be answered.
