Power Vinyasa is a form of yoga based on the methodology of Baptiste Yoga.
It is designed to stimulate your body and mind while improving flexibility and overall strength. In this class, you can expect high energy, playfulness, and inspiration to get your body moving and clear your mind.
Beginners, intermediate and advanced practitioners will receive direction from me to create poses that work for your individual level.
This allows all practitioners to be challenged and find their own personal edge together in the same class.
Typically Power Yoga is taught in a heated class, so turn up that heater to increase blood flow, allowing you to go even deeper into your practice giving you a greater range of flexibility while burning some serious calories and detoxifying the body!
