Prenatal Yoga

Yoga is a great tool to experience pregnancy in the best possible way and to prepare for childbirth!

  • With properly adapted positions, the body develops strength and endurance
  • The areas most stressed in these months are supported and strengthened: the pelvic floor, legs, back
  • Mindful breathing develops grounding in the body and facilitates the management of physical and emotional changes
  • Specific techniques (kriya) lead to profound changes in the body, mind and spirit, thanks to which a state of centering and well-being is achieved
  • Meditation gives space to inner listening, increases awareness and helps create a link with the new life in the womb

Laura IanataAlongside the degree in Clinic Psychology, since I was young I've been studying and practising several spiritual traditions including Shamanism, Archetypal Psychology, Meditation. The most important trainings I've completed: Shiatsu, Macrobiotic Nutrition Therapist, Himalayan Yoga, Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga, Sacred Feminine - which today are the basis of my job. After years working as a cook, I felt the calling to teach and help people on their evolutionary paths, through the combination of different but complementary healthy practices: good nutrition, yoga and meditation, holistic and energetic treatments, even on remote. A great part of my job is to support and empower especially women at every stage of life, through individual and group wellness programs.
