SOMA Breathwork takes you deep into a meditative state. We will do this using visualization techniques so you can fully embody the purpose of the meditation and use breathwork to supercharge your meditation.

SOMA Breathwork will take you deep into reconnecting with yourself. You will be guided through 4 or 5 rounds of breathing where you will breathe in a rhythm with music and will use breath holds to deepen the breathwork practice. You will be consciously breathing for around 40-60 minutes.

People often describe these experiences as euphoric, life-changing and sometimes addictive.

When you discover the power of your breath and how to use it to your advantage in life you will want to make breathwork part of your daily practice!
