I am Esha Kargutkar, a certified Yoga therapist certified from The Yoga Institute, Santacruz & I am also a teaching faculty in the same.
I am starting with my virtual Tradition Hatha yoga classes. You may Contact me for trail session for the same.
This is a regular class happening. Aim of the class is to cope with the anxieties we are developing due to the Covid 19 situations.
What is the better way to manage Stress than yoga? What do we focus on?
Asanas: To strengthen the body, make it flexible, increase the mobility, managing weight of the body.
Pranayamas: To Cope with stress and stress related issues.
Kriyas: To increase the immunity and of course for cleansing of body.
Mudras & Bandhas: To channelise the energy philosophy in practice.
