Restorative Yoga

In this weekly 75 minute Restorative Yoga Class we will focus on deep relaxation and renewal.

Each week the class offers deep rest and inspiration. An attitude of gratitude, loving kindness and acceptance is woven into each class.

You will need to have some yoga props or household items that can serve as bolsters/pillows, blocks/books, yoga strap, eye bag, blankets.

I so look forward to the online zoom magic that we experience each week.
