About the instructor:

Serbian Holland-based yoga teacher, Sanja is known for her lighthearted attention to detail and commitment to the growth of her students.

Connecting individuals to the practice through intelligent and informed sequencing, compassionate, intentional adjustments, and elevant alignment instruction.

Sanja’s teaching is designed to give students the tools and techniques to access their own unique body’s needs, create new connections and continue to find the centre of themselves each time they step on their mats.

As a balance to her regular classes, Sanja is trained as a yoga therapist and also specializes in prenatal yoga and mindfulness.

She also started teaching online since the beginning of 2019 for ogamagazine and has been nominated as favourite teacher of the year.

When she’s not on the mat, you can find her with her kids, walking the dog, and watching movies on Netflix 😉
