Its a combination of Warmups drill taken from Martial Arts .
Combined with Yoga basically understanding The flow of Sun Salutation (Surya Namaskar) & finally moving to different combinations of bodyweight exercises.
The ideology behind SSP routines –
– To involve & engage every muscle group while doing a particular set of variation.
– To make a combination of stretch/rest / strength.
– Could be performed under short time management due to professional commitments.
