Wednesday Meditative Slow Flow 

During the hour we moved with awareness of the body and breath. The movements are geared towards beginners and intermediate practitioners, where you’ll be learning to listen to your body and participate in as much as you find suitable for you. I will guide you through variations should you feel either tired or energised.

This is your body and your practise.
