Get your groove on with this intermediate Hatha Vinyasa class. Movement and breath are linked as we move through accessible, healing, and strengthening poses with a mindful, joyful approach to yoga. In this one hour class, we practice both faster paced Vinyasa sequences as well as slower Hatha movements with the breath as the anchor in both. Improve your balance, flexibility, and strength while fully experiencing your body and connecting with your breath.
