In this class, we aim to create an oasis of stillness. You will have the opportunity to enjoy a Yin Yoga practice with minimal use of music and words.
The class will be guided with simple instructions for the poses, so you can dive deeper into your own practice, listening to what’s going on inside of you without external distractions.
